Pre/Postnatal Yoga can offer a supportive way for you to connect with your body and your baby by providing an embodiment practice we call MammaGlo. Although yoga is considered a safe form of exercise, every woman is different and it's important to listen to your body and tune in to determine a comfortable level of movement. My MammaGlo practice can help build muscular strength, flexibility, develop balance and coordination, increase circulation and promote relaxation. I also share information with the class on pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, motherhood and self care. I will guide you through an empowering practice to gracefully help you connect to your body and to your baby.
MammaGlo is an opportunity to build a community with other moms, listen to your body, learn calming techniques you can use on and off the mat and most importantly, provides time for you to take care of YOU!
