Luxury Penthouse Condominium
This brand-new luxury penthouse apartment sits at the top of a hill overlooking the town of Nazare and the Atlantic ocean. It has three bedrooms that sleep six, two full baths and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. There is an enormous private rooftop deck that has gorgeous sunrise and sunset views and a wrap-around terrace for more outside dining and lounging. The building has an elevator, parking garage and a beautiful pool overlooking the sea. Situated just a 5 minuet walk to a large supermarket and a 10 to 15 minute walk down to the beach and town shops.

About Us
Like many of us, we had a big trip planned in the summer of 2020.  We were hoping to take our girls to Europe for the first time.  Obviously, we didn’t go.  But it did plant a seed in my husband's brain.  He started looking at new places to go and Portugal kept coming up.  We had never considered traveling to Portugal--we knew very little about it--but there it was, listed over and over again as a great place to visit, retire and invest in.  My husband has always hated being a tourist, but he could get onboard with becoming a local.  At first, it was just fun to dream, but imagining a life different from the one we were living stirred a lot of excitement within us.

After many many hours of research, google maps tours and asking our parents if they wanted to join us in this crazy idea, we decided to go for it! I give my husband all the credit in the world for navigating the waters of International real estate, property management, and all the legalities of buying a home, all in a foreign language.  With the help of google translate and some divine intervention, we became co-owners of an amazing property in Nazare, Portugal.  Our intention is to be there as often as possible, but when we or our parents can't be, we want to share it with others.
