The Signature Massage is exactly how is sounds, a massage designed specifically for your needs.  I will use a variety of techniques, modalities and tools to help your body receive the treatment it wants.  Your Signature Massage may include relaxation techniques, aromatherapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Chinese Cupping, Sound Therapy and CranioSacral Therapy.  This is your session, it's your Signauture massage. 

Smooth stones are heated and applied to the body with essential oils. The therapeutic effects of the heated stones are used to relax the nervous system more deeply. Used as an extension of my hands, this treatment provides a unique experience that you will find tremendously calming, centering and decadent. I hand picked my stones from the Caribbean Sea and truly believe they hold healing magical energy! Hot Stone Massage is only offered in a 90 min session.

My Signature Intuitive Guidance offering is a combination of Signature Energy Work & CranioSacral Therapy.  This is a much more subtle type of work that helps "reset" the nervous system and can create deep relaxation. This modality is designed to access the root of the body's pain or problem. This combination allows me to check in with the body's energy, receive information or messages if needed, and support you to find the deeper understanding of their underlying issues.
