My Offerings

Located in the Mill Yoga building in downtown Exeter, my massage services include: Signature Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Postnatal massage, Hot Stone massage and CranioSacral Intuitive massage.  

Intuitive Energy Work can help "reset" the nervous system, create deep relaxation, and allows me to tap into your energy fields.  I offer energy work sessions both on and off the massage table.  My off table sessions are conducted distantly by phone.

MammaGlo offerings support women through pregnancy, birth, and their postpartum journey.  Choose from prenatal and postnatal massage, yoga, coaching, and signature intuitive energy work or my MammaGlo HHBExperience.

This is a combination of all of my offerings:  Self awareness work, life coaching, massage, yoga, and intuitive energy work. I recommend at least 6 sessions to fully experience the concepts, but this is your experience to have.

I believe in making my offerings accessible to any self identifying women in need. I do so by offering a free gift card a month to women who wouldn't otherwise be able to afford my services. Give the gift of touch.
